What is therapy?
Psychology offers evidence-based therapies, such as CBT, trauma-based approaches, systemic theory. These are delivered by a highly trained therapist that has the skills to assess and formulate your difficulties, whist tailoring interventions to best meet your needs. These appointments will be semi-structured and ‘active’ (not just a supportive environment). A typical appointment can run from 50-60 minutes.
