Your details are collected when you complete the contact/intake form or when you send an email.
Aggregate information and cookies
Aggregate information is used to show us the total number of visits to our website and which parts of the site are used the most. Aggregate information does not identify individuals, as it does not contain any personal data. This information helps us in developing our website and improving the service we offer you.
Flourish Therapies uses “cookies” to help personalise and maximise your viewing experience only. A cookie is a text file that is either stored in your computer’s memory temporarily (a “session” cookie) or placed on your hard drive (a “persistent” cookie) by a web page server. Cookies are not used to run programmes or deliver viruses to your computer. Who might we share your information with?
We will never share information unless you have authorised us to do so with other practitioners who may offer companion treatments or services.
We will inform you beforehand of the information being shared and obtain your consent for the checks to be conducted if they are required.
We do not transfer personal information internationally, as this is not within our scope of business.
We do not sell the information we collect.
What do we do with your information?
Your information is held within our email system, practice management and accounts software which can only be accessed by us. For certain pieces of information, we are required to retain hard copy records.
How long do we keep hold of your information?
We will retain your information for as long as you are a client. This includes retaining your information after you have used our services, as you may return to us with new requirements in the future. By signing up as a client, you consent to personal data being held and processed by us, for the purposes detailed above.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing enquiries@flourishtherapies.im. Please be aware, that once consent has been withdrawn your information will be deleted from our systems and if you wish to return as a client in the future, we will be required to obtain the information again.
How can I access the information you hold about me?
You have the right to request the information we hold by emailing enquiries@flourishtherapies.im, determining the information you require access to. We will notify you within one month of the request if we are not able to provide the information you have requested, and why.
If the information you have requested is incorrect, please inform us immediately so that we can ensure we have the correct information retained. We will restrict the processing of the incorrect information until it has been corrected and inform you when this has occurred.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Isle of Man Information Commissioner’s Office, whose contact details can be found at www.inforights.im.
