Why Flourish Therapies
Flourish Therapies is led by a qualified Clinical Psychologist Dr Hollie Quaye, offering a range of talking therapies that have been shown to support people in improving their mental health and wellbeing.
At certain times in our lives, our emotional wellbeing can feel out of balance and we may experience fluctuations in our mental health. Talking can be the first step in better understanding ourselves and overcoming inner struggles.
For some people, the thought of talking openly can be a daunting prospect. At Flourish, the aim is to provide a safe and confidential space, where people can explore their emotions without being judged. Talking therapy is a process of collaboration and working together to better understand your needs and moving towards your therapeutic goals.

What we do
Consultations
Flourish Therapies offer appointments to individuals and couples, with some provision to support families.
Appointments
Face to face appointments take place in a quiet and calming consulting room, based in a natural woodland location.
Remote
Telephone and video conferencing appointments can be offered if that better suits your needs.
Referrals
We accept these from individuals who wish to self-refer and from organisations in the community.
